San Cisco to RUN around Australia
Posted: Oct 22 2014
San Cisco like to keep busy. Really busy.A quick review of their 2012/2013 schedule makes that clear. They spent most of it on a whirlwind tour, debuting their self-titled album to the world. From sold out shows in LA, New York, Tokyo and London to major festivals like Lollapalooza and Reading, they collected frequent flyer points, fans and critical acclaim.

This year’s calendar has been just as full with Jordi, Scarlett, Josh and Nick penning new tunes and laying down tracks in the studio with long term collaborator, Steven Schram.

In November, they’ll be even busier, touring the country to premiere the first single “RUN”from their highly anticipated 2nd album, due out early next year.

“RUN” has a little bit of everything – handclaps, a catchy bass line, an equally catchy chorus, disco inspirations and a fair whack of soul. It shows the band evolving beyond pop to a sophisticated sound that’s distinctively their own.

The “RUN” tour will kick off in home town Fremantle and take in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Newcastle and Melbourne, with a few under 18 and all ages shows thrown in for good measure.Good pals, all round excellent humans and fellow West Australians, Gunns will ride along as support for all shows, with Montaigne stepping in as an opener for the East Coast shows.

“RUN” is available on Friday 24th October on all digital platforms.
